Although I have time after get off work and meals, I often feel weak and need strong willpower to control myself and keep listening. But do you know? When you are in a bad state, the learning effect of forcing yourself to persevere is not good. Later, due to the intensity of work, my overtime hours at work were changed to twelve hours a day. In this state, I found that I had no extra energy at all. I felt very tired when I got home every day. Watching short videos became a way to relax. Although I still needed to learn some knowledge, I still could not reverse the power of habits.

Compared to sufficient time, state should be something more important. When your time is fragmented, you will find that there is a contradiction between work and your learning progress. When your state is online, you do not have time to allocate your learning. This is a prominent contradiction. Then you think you can devote yourself to studying when you have more time after get off work, but your status has become a huge problem.

Think about it, when you feel tired all over, and even your head is buzzing with fatigue, in this state, even if you have time, how can you improve your learning efficiency?

Based on this, I think if the work itself often makes you so tired, you have to check what is the specific reason. For example, some are because the labor intensity is too high. In this case, when the labor intensity is too high and frequently occurs, it means that you are no longer suitable for this job, because there is no better way to prevent you from being tired.

Another reason may be that the working hours are too long. Generally speaking, if you work for twelve hours, then you will basically have to invest more than fourteen hours a day. This fatigue caused by too long time will also cause you to be in poor condition. However, such a long working hours are definitely illegal, especially for a long time. At this time, you can try to communicate with the unit to reduce the length of your working hours so that you can maintain a good condition. Although your final income will be affected to a certain extent by reducing the length of labor, it is obviously a better choice compared to what you can achieve more important things, especially when your unit time income is not high.

Generally, regular work is no more than forty hours a week, and it is also a double break. This kind of working state is more suitable for personal learning progress. I also chose this kind of similar job in my past study progress. It turns out that in order to maintain a good state, you either shorten your working hours or reduce your labor intensity. According to this standard, you either find a suitable job or reduce your salary expectations to achieve a balance between study and work.

I remember that my workplace was very far apart from my residence, and the distance took nearly two hours, so I got up very early every day and basically left after 6 o'clock. In this case, I spent a long time on the road, so it became a main form of my learning on the road. For example, on the subway, you can read books, memorize, think and do questions while doing them. After arriving at the company, you have been studying for nearly two hours. When you return in the evening, you can also do questions on your phone on the road. In this way, after you get home, you have studied for another two hours. After a day, you work eight hours and study for four hours, and this time is guaranteed. And generally speaking, your condition will not be very bad on the morning and on the evening when you get off work, which is conducive to making full use of time.

Since it is a double break, I can only arrange this time, which is a time period that is easier to enter the learning state. I remember those years, in order to write my graduation thesis, I didn’t go out all day, and it was common to write from morning to night. At the same time, in order to grasp the overall knowledge of professional courses, it is also common to be in a state of study from morning to night. If you cannot continue to study due to the noise of your neighbors at home, you can also take the textbook to the nearby wetland park to continue studying. The scenery is beautiful and there is no noise. You can feel at ease to enter the learning state, and you don’t have to worry about someone suddenly frightening you.

When the work unit is close to home, according to common sense, many people will sleep in, but for self-disciplined people, they can still arrange their learning plans. For example, getting up two hours in the morning, studying for one hour, spending one hour on the way to work and eating breakfast. I don’t like to come to the company to work and eat breakfast. I always think that working hours are working hours. The company has not hired me to come here to buy time for me to eat, but I find this is a relatively common phenomenon. However, I have always been self-disciplined and have never occupied working hours like this.

Many people say that it is just for the sake of verification, but I think this is a rather biased idea. I think learning the knowledge and improving one's own ability, plus obtaining the corresponding certificate, is the real learning. I hate those negative people. They always deny the need for learning because they are too old, or use various other excuses to deny the possibility of self-progress. What they are more annoying is not their own negative progress, but the more annoying is that they also want to pull others into the mediocre mode of time.

Of course, learning is about learning, and work must be done seriously, and it is indeed effective methods and methods from work, and further innovate and practice on this basis are all a process of learning progress. However, I also discovered a problem in the workplace, that is, the response of workplace jobs to learning progress is lagging, that is, when you have a certain ability, workplace jobs cannot be quickly transformed for you. This is also the reason why I chose to leave some units one after another. If you have time to see it too clearly, it may not be a good thing. If you discover the crisis, you want to shout everyone to act together, and more people can't see it. If you are too worried, they may be really stupid and choose to leave angrily.
