Steps

1 Prepare your band or practice a lot if you want to sing solo. If you don't need a band, skip to step 5.

2 Think of a good bass line, drum beat, or even add a guitar solo to the song. Once you have done this, you can participate in singing competitions to perform the song.

3 Connect the microphone to the computer, then find a music program like Dance EJ to record the accompaniment first.

4 Record the lead vocals of the band and add the recorded song to the accompaniment.

5 Correct any mistakes by editing or re-recording.

6 Design a CD cover and import the recorded song into the CD.

7 If you want to become a star, make sure to record several songs, import them into a CD, and then have local stores help you sell them.
