The Canada International Fashion Gala, as a non-profit organization, has been showcasing different cultural elements and fashion art trends to the world in a unique way. This event is not only dedicated to promoting the excellent cultural arts of various ethnic groups but also advocates for multicultural values and cultural exchanges among diverse artists, fostering the brand growth and market promotion of fashion designers and artists.

Jingtai Financial Group, as the exclusive sponsor of this gala, has provided strong support for the Canada International Fashion Gala. Over the past eleven years, Jingtai has been committed to providing investors with a safe capital appreciation channel, based on professional knowledge, strict risk control, keen market insight, and a spirit of integrity within the team. Its three funds, including the Jingtai Real Estate Mortgage Investment Fund (GMIC), Jingtai Residential Loan Fund (GREF), and Jingtai Commercial Loan Fund (GCOM), have achieved annual returns of 8.24%, 7%, and 10% among investors in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.

This gala has also received support from other international organizations, such as Japan's Children's Fashion Week, Qingdao Fashion Week in China, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and the Seattle Dance Company, forming a collaborative alliance.

Think boldly, act with heart, and in the alliance of art and commerce, everything is possible! This gala aims to bring more business opportunities and international influence to all parties involved.

As a media partner that has long collaborated with Jingtai and the Canada International Fashion Gala, special correspondent Sun Ling, adhering to the spirit of in-depth reporting, conducted a professional interview for this event where Jingtai and the fashion gala joined hands to empower business with more value through art. The reporter first interviewed Nancy, an outstanding female asset manager responsible for team collaboration and the internationalization of the business platform at Jingtai. Here is the report:

Reporter: Hello, Nancy. I have always been particularly interested in Jingtai's asset investment management, especially in real estate investment. Vancouver is a hub for talent and wealth, and Jingtai is a professional wealth management company dedicated to helping successful individuals preserve and continuously increase their wealth. The theme of this gala, exclusively named by Jingtai, is "Everything is Possible," which I think perfectly aligns with Jingtai's corporate image, the alliance of art and commerce, and Jingtai's dream realization. Personally, I believe that financial management is a long-term endeavor, and value investment requires bold thinking, heartfelt action, perseverance, and the courage to entrust one's assets to a trustworthy company.

Like many investment clients, I am particularly eager to understand how Jingtai has created wealth for its clients in the soon-to-end year of 2023. What special experiences and insights do you have to share?

Nancy: Okay, thank you, Sun Ling. I greatly appreciate the cooperation with Jingtai over the years. The media has been an important partner in our development, and we thank you for your many contributions. It is because of your support that more people have had the opportunity to learn about and recognize Jingtai.

As for the soon-to-end year of 2023, due to the global trend of interest rate hikes, it has been a relatively challenging year for many companies and individuals. In this environment, all investment products face some challenges to varying degrees, and Jingtai is no exception. However, through our broad business platform, Jingtai's revenue this year has still performed exceptionally well, providing investors with stable returns. Even our fund investment products have provided clients with generous dividends.

Jingtai's operations are slightly different from other management companies. We do not emphasize individual importance but focus on team development, with each member contributing to the growth of the Jingtai brand. My responsibility is to oversee team collaboration and provide nearly 24-hour service to investment users. Whenever clients have any needs, we respond promptly. This high-quality service can only be achieved through team strength.

In Jingtai's 11 years of development, we will not let the departure of any manager affect the returns and services for investors at Jingtai. For example, my departure as Nancy will not lead to the assets I manage losing key support. It is precisely because of team management that Jingtai's long-term clients have continued to follow us, and their assets are still increasing. They can achieve the returns they desire every month and every quarter, which is the power of the team.

Reporter: I have known about your company for several years. I have personally visited your company a few times and have followed your online operations, especially during the pandemic when you interacted with clients through online channels. It is commendable that you maintained communication with clients even when face-to-face contact was not possible. For some mainland investors who could not return to Canada in time, your financial management video lectures provided them with an in-depth understanding of your investment products, similar to offline interactions. With this in mind, I have a question: how do you popularize and promote investment concepts and products to middle-aged and elderly clients who have poor English skills and are not very familiar with the internet? Are they your main target audience?

Nancy: Our company's target audience is very broad, covering all age groups from 18 to 80 years old. In British Columbia, one can start investing at the age of 19, while in Ontario, it is 18. We are committed to serving investors of different age levels because everyone's investment needs are unique. Based on the actual situation and needs of clients, we develop different asset allocation and investment management plans and provide corresponding products.

Especially for middle-aged and elderly clients, we integrate closely into the Chinese community through localized service methods. This localized strategy helps us better understand and meet the needs of local clients. Our investment and loan clients have become internationalized and have moved onto international platforms. The broadness of our target audience not only ensures a solid static investment base but also reduces the costs and policy impacts faced in specific communities. Therefore, we ensure the resilience of our business in different markets through diversification and globalization.

Reporter: Jingtai has always demonstrated a positive image in the community and has engaged in various public welfare activities. Throughout my many interviews, I have been impressed by Jingtai's outstanding performance in charity. Personally, I believe that whether as an investment management company or a business, being able to contribute to Canadian society reflects the corporate social responsibility and compassion of the enterprise. The more a company gives back to society, the easier it is for its achievements to be recognized by everyone. You just mentioned that Jingtai has gone international and is recognized by various ethnic groups, with more people willing to join this growth-oriented team. I would like to understand how you view Jingtai's contributions to society and the impact of the company on you personally.

Nancy: I personally strongly agree with the company's charitable endeavors and believe that this great love for society is an important part of a company's success. In our team, we actively respond to the company's charitable initiatives and participate in various donation activities, such as donations for disasters like fires and other social welfare causes. We emphasize maintaining a continuous commitment to giving back to society, which has always been our team's consensus. Personally, as a woman, I have also participated in some charitable activities before. Now, I channel my compassion into my work at Jingtai. Jingtai is like a large ship of charity, guiding us compassionate individuals to sail together. Working in such a charity-driven company is a joyful experience; we do not need to pursue it particularly in our personal lives because the company itself is a platform for spreading love.

Reporter: Through your sparkling eyes and heartfelt smile, I am touched by your joy. Jingtai not only endows employees with inner beauty but also reflects the pursuit of outer beauty. I wish Jingtai great success in this exclusive sponsored fashion show and hope you achieve more wonderful things at Jingtai. Thank you for accepting the interview.
